Ledburys Got Talent Winner!

On Friday, 3 May 2024 the grand finale of the Mayor’s end of year event, “Ledbury’s Got Talent”, took centre stage at John Masefield High School & Sixth Form Centre.

Residents of Ledbury gathered to watch the contestants go head-to-head for first place in the talent show to win a £100 cash prize along with a glitzy trophy, and an opportunity to perform at the Ledbury Christmas Lights switch on.

The talented Angelina X emerged victorious as the winner of Ledbury's Got Talent 2024! Lisa Summers secured second position, while Harper Richardson closely followed in third place. Congratulations to all the participants who displayed their skills during the event!

I am pleased to inform you that the fundraising event “Ledbury’s Got Talent” has successfully collected a remarkable amount of £1,307.13. This brings the total amount raised for my selected charities, Megan Baker House and Close House Projects, to £2,645.72 this year.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the event, including the Town Council staff, JMHS staff, our esteemed Judges – Ben Lea, Quentin Letts, Nic Lloyd & Donald Richardson, as well as the event sponsors Eastnor Castle and Jaga UK, and all the local businesses that generously contributed to the raffle draw.

Lean on Ledbury!
