Ledbury Town Council endeavour to deliver events to benefit Ledbury’s residents and the businesses of the town. Our community projects, which include family and educational events, are all free and made possible with the support of local talent and community groups. We work to ensure that Ledbury remains healthy, vibrant, engaged, and united.

By delivering these events in partnership with our community, we believe that our residents will stay local, buy local and support local services. From our Christmas lights switch-on to Ledbury’s World Book Day, our calendar of events appeal to everyone and are inclusive to all. Ledbury Town Council also host Mayoral events throughout the year which raise funds for local charities. This year Mayor Helen I’Anson is raising money for Megan Baker House & Close House.

Ledbury's Christmas Gift Sponsors 2025

Ledbury Town Council would like to extend their sincerest thanks to all the Ledbury businesses that have given so generously toward the cost of Christmas presents for children whose families could benefit from a little extra support during the festive season.

This is the fourth year we have invited local companies to support the children’s Christmas gifts and the Christmas Lights Switch-On event, which helps provide free entertainment for families across the town. Once again, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our local business community.

This year’s sponsors have donated a total of £1,650, with contributions from Eastnor Castle, Grant & Co, Jaga Climate Designs, Redkite Solicitors, Sequani, The Uncommon Touch, ABE Ledbury, Hellen's Manor, Amcor and Westons Cider. Every penny donated will go directly toward gifts for the children of Ledbury, as well as free entertainment and workshops during the Christmas Lights Switch-On.
