Are Seeking a

TEMPORARY OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

To cover the period 20 November – 22 December 2023

The main tasks will be to provide support to the Clerk and Deputy Clerk of the Council, whilst also managing office equipment, managing the Council’s website, dealing with bookings for the market and weddings and covering reception duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and should be familiar with office software (e.g., MS Office) and be able to provide documents to a high level of accuracy.

This is a full-time role 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am – 4.30 pm Fridays and may include some evening and weekend working. However we would consider part-time hours.
